Who is this opportunity for?
The NEXA Lending recruiter opportunity discussed here centers on building professional relationships with mortgage loan officers who may want to evaluate the NEXA platform. It may interest people with mortgage-industry connections, recruiting experience or an established professional network. Fit and eligibility must be confirmed individually. Interest in the opportunity does not mean someone is approved to recruit or entitled to compensation.
What would you do?
Your work begins with understanding a candidate’s goals and arranging a useful conversation about company fit. Candidates may want to discuss support, compensation, lender options or how an affiliation change would work. Help organize those questions and connect the candidate with Jim and the appropriate onboarding resources. Use current approved information, keep communication professional and avoid promises about future production or earnings.
Recruiting revenue share and personal loan production
Recruiting revenue share concerns eligible team production under a recruiting agreement. Personal origination compensation concerns loans an authorized MLO originates under a separate compensation arrangement. A candidate can evaluate the lending platform without assuming that recruiting is required. Likewise, a recruiter should not treat a loan officer’s expected future production as guaranteed revenue. Ask which production qualifies, what compensation base is used and which tier requirements apply.
How recruiting differs from the BDM role
The recruiter opportunity focuses on attracting mortgage professionals. The Business Development Marketer program is a separate part-time W-2 marketing role involving documented marketing activities for a loan officer. The eligibility, permitted work and payment arrangements differ. Do not combine recruiting revenue-share examples with BDM marketing compensation. If you are comparing the paths, explain your background and intended activities to Jim so the discussion starts with the appropriate program.
What to confirm before getting started
Ask for the current recruiting agreement, LLC payment requirements, candidate attribution process and the steps required for approval. Confirm who supports new candidates, how statements are reviewed and what happens if a recruit changes teams or stops producing. Jim can discuss your goals and help identify the documents and contacts needed for a decision. No payment or income outcome should be assumed before the applicable conditions are met.
Program eligibility, approved activities, compensation and payment requirements are subject to current NEXA Lending terms. No earnings are guaranteed.
