NEXA Lending Recruiting FAQ

Use these answers as a starting point, then confirm the current written terms with Jim.

Do I need to originate mortgages to discuss recruiting?

Recruiting and loan origination are separate activities. Confirm the recruiting program’s current eligibility requirements with Jim. Recruiting participation does not authorize licensed mortgage origination activities.

How is recruiter revenue share calculated?

The description on this site uses a percentage of eligible MLO net compensation, subject to the current agreement and tier qualifications. It is not a percentage of the mortgage loan amount.

Are all three revenue-share levels automatic?

Do not assume all levels are available at enrollment. Ask for the current producer thresholds, definitions and continuing eligibility rules.

Why does the program require an LLC?

Under the arrangement described on this site, eligible recruiter revenue share is payable to an LLC. Ask which entity and tax documents must be accepted; having an LLC alone does not establish eligibility.

Is this the same as the BDM program?

No. BDM is a separate W-2 marketing role with different activities and compensation terms. This site focuses on recruiting mortgage professionals.

Does a Purchase Advice statement prove my recruiting payment?

A Purchase Advice statement documents transaction-level information. Ask which compensation statements and program reports establish the eligible revenue-share base and your payment; do not assume gross transaction revenue equals MLO net compensation.

Are recruiting earnings guaranteed?

No. Results depend on qualifying production, attribution, continued eligibility and the applicable written terms.
